CHOPTA RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY

As per Chopta Resort cancellation Policy, one should be informed in writing on our official mail id: info@choptaresort.com. Cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount from the date of cancellation.

Booking Amount 10% is non-refundable.

35 Days in advance: 25% cancellation charge
25 Days in advance: 50% cancellation charge
15 Days in advance: 100% cancellation charge (No refund)

NOTE — HIGH PEAK SEASON (20 April to 15 June & 10 October to 20 November): No refund will be made for any cancellation during peak season.

Refund will take 5–7 working days to process after cancellation approval.
